Learned Counsel for Respondent No.4, on instructions, makes a statement that as on today, approximately Rs.60,000/- are the arrears of fees payable by the Petitioner for three years of schooling. He also makes a statement that Respondent No.4 has no objection if these arrears of fee are paid by the Petitioner in four monthly equal installments of Rs.15,000/- each commencing from 1st April 2018. Statement accepted.

In the light of statement made on behalf of Respondent No.4, learned Counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
