The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay to the award passed by the MACT Palghar. The Applicant / Appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount in the MACT Palghar. In view thereof the above Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The Respondent No.1 would be at liberty to file an application for withdrawal of the amount.
