IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO.122 OF 2017 Rajendra Gulappa Shivpuji : Petitioner.
Versus
The Senior Police Inspector and anr : Respondents.
Through Jail - None for the Petitioner.
Ms. S D Shinde, APP for the Respondent/State. CORAM : S. S. SHINDE, MILIND N. JADHAV, JJ DATE : 15th June 2022 P.C.
The grievance raised by the Petitioner in the writ petition is vague and general in nature. The grievance of the Petitioner was that the report prepared and submitted by the concerned authorities in his application for releasing him on furlough was contrary to the actual position. Since the grievance relates back to the year 2016, the said report mentions about the parole in fact the Petitioner applied for furlough. Be that as it may, since the period of 6 years from the date of the said application has been lapsed, the grievance of the Petitioner would not survive. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
