This application is for restoration of the Bail Application No.3061/2018 which was dismissed by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) on 10/12/2018. The application was dismissed by the following order.

The present application is preferred by the applicant for restoration of BA No.3061/2018. The main ground taken in the restoration application is that the wife of the Advocate for applicant had undergone operation for a major ailment and the Ld. Advocate for the applicant was in Nagpur attending to his wife. Therefore, he could not remain present. The applicant has sufficiently explained non appearance of his Counsel when the Bail Application No.3061/2018 was dismissed. Therefore, the said bail application is restored and the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Criminal Application No.31/2019 is disposed of. The Bail Application No.3061/2018 be placed for admission on 31/7/2019.
