Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicants. He is seeking to challenge the notice issued by the Competent Authority under the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulations) Act, 1976. Such a prayer cannot be considered on merits in this PIL. Accordingly, the application is disposed of by granting liberty to the applicants to take out appropriate proceedings according to the law.
