Learned Counsel for the Applicant, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is a lady and the nature of allegations, the trial of the applicant is expedited.

The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 9 months from the

2/3 date of receipt of this order.

If, for no fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application seeking her enlargement on bail, which will be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
