This is an application filed in the F.C.A. making a prayer for expeditious hearing of the family court appeal which is already admitted.

2] Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is working in a Chemist shop which belongs to his uncle as a Pharmacist and does not earn sufficient income to make payment as ordered by the court, as his financial condition is very precarious. Learned Counsel for applicant, therefore, submits that the appeal be

YBG 5-cam-26-19 heard as expeditiously as possible.

3] Learned Counsel for the respondent wife submits that the applicant is in arrears and he has not paid the same in reasonable time.

4] We have perused the application. Considering the large pendency of the appeals it is not possible to take up the family court appeal expeditiously. Application is, therefore, dismissed. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J) (AKIL KURESHI, J)
