By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking early hearing of

2 902.533.19 caf.doc the First Appeal No. 878 of 2003 with Civil Revision Application No. 376 of 2012 on the ground that Applicant no. 1(a) Mrs. Blanche Alfred D'Aguiar is a senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and as the applicant no. 1(a) is a senior citizen, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application.

(A) Hearing of First Appeal No. 878 of 2003 with Civil Revision Application No. 376 of 2012 is expedited. (B) Printing dispensed with.

(C) Registry is directed to place both these matters for final hearing in weekly board, as per its turn under the list of senior citizens.

(D) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
