The Petition is filed on 7 November 2022 and it is being adjourned at the instance of the Petitioners since then. On 21 October 2022 none appeared for the Petitioners. Then on 10 March 2023 adjourned at the behest of the Petitioners. Same position on 13 April 2023. Today also none appears. The board is notified in advance. 3.

The Petitioners seek to draw their legal rights from a panel list prepared pursuant to the advertisement of the year 2012. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 4 states that life of the list akn 1/2

33.WP.3982.2022 .doc is long since over and also the mode of appointment of Secretary has undergone a change by way of an amendment carried out by Maharashtra Act No. XXVII of 2022. The amendment is also not the subject matter of this Petition. Neither the same is challenged. 5.

In view of this legislative amendment, in any case no relief can be granted to the Petitioners.
