At the outset, learned APP states that after the registration of the C.R., on 23.12.2006, MCOC has been applied to the said case. He submits that the Applicant is always at liberty to file a fresh Application seeking his enlargement on bail, after the application of MCOC to the said case.

The present Application was filed seeking bail in the aforesaid C.R., before MCOC was applied. The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Application, after the application of MCOC to the said case. If such an Application is filed, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
