The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No.536 of 2021 registered with Wadgaon Nimbhalkar Police Station, Pune Rural, under Section 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code is seeking anticipatory bail.

The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by Respondent No.2 Udhav Uabale on 23 December 2021. There is a monetary dispute between the parties in the sum of Rs.1,20,000/- which the Applicant has paid to the informant. The informant who is present before the Court has N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In that view of the matter, the informant has no objection for grant of the pre arrest bail.
