It is informed by the Advocate of the appellant-Sonu Shiva Medhekar that the appellant was convicted for the offences punishable under section 498A r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The convict who is on bail is sentenced to undergo two years imprisonment by the judgment dated 16th July, 2001 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant by his letter dated 11th March, 2015 informed the Registrar, High Court that the son of the appellant has informed that his father expired on 30th January, 2010. The death certificate of Sonu Shiva Medhekar issued by the BMC is annexed herewith. A letter dated 11th March, 2015 written by the son of the appellant addressed to his counsel Pravin Patel is also annexed herewith. By the said letter, it is informed that he wants to withdraw the
