Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the charge in this case is already framed. Therefore, at this stage, he is not pressing this application. It would be sufficient if the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a reasonable period. He seeks permission to withdraw this application with direction to the trial court to complete the trial within a time bound manner. 2.
The submission is reasonable. The application is, therefore, allowed to be withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to complete the trial within a period of one year from today. The application is disposed of accordingly.
