The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has placed on record the order dated 28th February 2019, vide which the chargesheet issued against the petitioner has been withdrawn.
In that view of the matter, the purpose of the petition stands served. The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
However, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already retired from services, it is directed that all terminal benefits, to which the petitioner is entitled to, be paid to him within a period of three months from today.
