Heard Shri Ashish Baraskar, learned Counsel for the Applicant. He states that during pendency of this application, three co-accused are granted bail under the provisions of Section 167 of Cr.P.C.. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the trial Court for his release on bail under the provisions of Section 167 of Cr.P.C.. He makes a statement that the application before the trial Court will not be filed on merits. The statement is accepted.
