This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 19.07.2014 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 92 of 2009.

As the entire amount of the award, as directed by this Court is already deposited, the ad interim order granted by the Court is confirmed till the appeal is disposed of finally.

Both the parties submitted that this appeal can be disposed of at the stage of admission itself as the issue involved in this appeal is very short one.

In view thereof, the appeal is kept for final hearing on 21.11.2016 at the stage of admission.
