We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the non-applicants.

The writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the non-applicants have every opportunity to controvert the pleadings sought by the amendment.

In view of that, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out within 14 days. 5.

The interim application is disposed of.
