We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. We have also heard the learned appearing for the first and second Respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that a reply will be filed to the show cause notice at Exhibit K within a period of 10 days from today. We accept the statement. Considering the urgency pointed out, we propose to direct the first and second Respondents to pass an order on the show cause notice within the time stipulated under this order.

Hence, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :-

ORDER

(i) We accept the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that a reply to the impugned show cause notice (Exhibit- K) will be filed within a period of 10 days from today;

(ii) If a reply is filed within a period of 10 days from today, the Appropriate Authority of the first Respondent shall pass appropriate order on the show cause notice in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of one month from the date on which the reply is filed;

(iii) The order passed on the show cause notice be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order;

(iv)If the order on show cause notice be adverse to the Petitioner, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of three weeks from the date on which the communication of the order is served on the Petitioner;

(v)We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the merits of the show cause notice;

(v) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;

(vi) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
