The learned APP submits that the trial has already commenced and the prosecution has examined six witnesses. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for more than six years. Considering this fact, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. In case, the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to +le fresh application for bail.
