The Civil Application is filed stay to the operation and implementation of the impugned order dated 20.3.2012 passed by the Member, MACT, Thane in MACP No.494 of 2009.

The learned Counsel for the insurance company submits that pursuant to the order dated 2.8.2013, the insurance company has deposited in the Tribunal, the entire amount of compensation, which is Rs.31,72,315/- including the interest amount. He therefore, prays that the impugned order be stayed pending appeal.
