This is an application for setting aside the order dated 25.01.2016 passed by the Registrar (Judl-I). By that order, four weeks time i.e. upto 23.02.2016 was granted to remove office objections, failing which registration of Writ Petition (stamp) was to stand refused.

Mr. Siddiquie states that applicant has removed all the office objections and notices were not issued to the other side.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of pryaer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Civil Application is disposed of.
