This Petition questions correctness and legality of the decree dated 8th November, 2012 in Short Cause Suit Not 1151 of 2010 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court at Bombay on the ground that decree was perverse. Keeping all the contentions of the Petitioner open, he may file First Appeal against the decree if so advised. If the Petitioner file First Appeal alongwith application for condonation of delay, the learned First Appellate Court shall decide the same on its own merits. 2.
