The Municipal Corporation for Greater Mumbai is willing to pay the amount of Award of Rs. 37,11,000/-. Mr Udeshi for the original Claimant accepts this in full and final settlement. There were four Respondents. Respondents Nos. 2 and 3 are the daughters of Respondent No. 1. Respondent No. 4 is the deceased's mother. She has since passed away. Her heirs are to be brought on record. A Civil Application has been filed for this.

Mr Udeshi states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the heirs and will file his vakalatnama. He further states that he has instructions from the heirs of the 4th Respondent and from Respondents Nos. 2 and 3 authorizing him to negotiate and settle the dispute. The other Respondents have also agreed that the entire compensation be paid to Respondent No. 1, who is personally present in Court. 3.

All of this is noted so that appropriate signatures can be taken on the consent form. The parties have signed the consent form which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr Udeshi agrees to file an affidavit in the matter in court setting out the authorisations and no objections received.
