The applicant was granted bail in C.R. No.70 of 2020 vide Bail Application No.362 of 2020. For a period of three months, the applicant was permitted to furnish cash security bail in view of pandemic situation. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is in the process of furnishing surety which has been delayed on account of several circumstances. Hence, the applicant Sajakali Jamadar Corrected version of order dated 15th January, 2021 pursuant to Speaking to the minutes of order dated 25th February, 2021.
SPK-49-IA-625-2021-IN-BA-964-2020 (copy).doc seeks extension of four weeks.

In view of the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant time to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 9th October, 2020 passed by this Court in LDVC Criminal Bail Application No.362 of 2020 is extended by period of four weeks. The cash bail facility is also extended by period of four weeks. 4.
Interim applications stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
