Considering the sentence of 2 years rigorous imprisonment imposed in the facts and circumstances of the present case, as the revision is not likely to be heard soon, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. The applicant was on bail during the trial. There is nothing on record to show that the applicant has misused the liberty. The sentence is therefore suspended.

The applicant be enlarged on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

4. The applicant shall report to the trial Court once in 6 months, on first Monday of the concerned month, commencing from February 2024, between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
