Heard the learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons stated in the civil application, order of dismissal dated 18.12.2018 is recalled and Civil Application No. 145 of 2018 is restored to the file. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellant-husband is directed to obtain instructions, if the Applicant-husband can make an offer to the Respondent-wife for fixed amount of one time maintenance, for settlement of the dispute.
