Apprehending arrest in connection with the Crime No.396 of 2016 registered with Manchar, Dist: Pune (Rural) Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r) and (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Sections 341, Shivgan 1/3
504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 7(1)(d) of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955, appellants are seeking pre-arrest bail. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants, the learned prosecutor and the advocate (Appointed) on behalf of the respondent no.2(Complainant).
Mr. Patil, the learned Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the State has filed "B" Summary report in the Crime in question in July, 2018 and the same has been accepted by the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. Statement is accepted.
Till date, complainant has not challenged the report.
In the circumstances, appeal is rendered infructuous and disposed off.
