Heard Mr. Tayade, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Shinde, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Tayade, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the matter for some time states that he has instructions to withdraw the Bail Application. He further states that the trial be expedited as the Applicant is behind bar since 17th September 2019. 3.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that charge is already framed. She further states that the State will take steps to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to expeditiously conclude the trial and preferably within a period of 8 months from the date of passing of this order. 5.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 8 months, in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off as such with liberty as aforesaid.
