The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay of the impugned order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Malegaon. There is an ad interim order operating in the above Appeal since 22/02/2013 which ad interim relief is granted on the condition that the Applicant/Appellant deposits the entire decretal amount in the Trial Court. The Applicant/Appellant has accordingly deposited the entire decretal amount. Hence it would be just and proper to confirm the ad-interim stay which was granted vide order dated 22/02/2013. The Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
