This application is preferred for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1624 of 2003 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 10th September 2018 on the ground that none appeared for applicant/petitioner. The Criminal Application was preferred immediately on 14th December 2018 which has been pending since then.

For the reasons stated in this application, the order dated 10th September 2018 is recalled and Writ Petition No.1624 of 2003 is restored along with interim relief granted in the writ petition. The applicant shall pay costs of Rs.3,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library, Appellate Side Bar Room, Bombay High Court.
