Ms Geetha, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the office objections could not be cleared within the stipulated period. She submits that if an opportunity is granted, the office objections will be positively cleared within a period of two weeks from today.

Based upon the aforesaid assurance, the order dated 11th September, 2015 made by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is recalled. The First Appeal is restored.
