P. C. :- 1) After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for, Mr. Sadavarte, learned Advocate on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition unconditionally.

Leave granted.

3) During the course of hearing of the Petition, we had an occasion to peruse the case diary of the present case. As usual, it is maintained in utter violation of Section 172(1-B) of Criminal Procedure Code and other relevant Sections of Cr.P.C.

4) It clearly appears to this Court that, Circular issued by the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State dated 12th February, 2024, 1/2

4.1) Mr. R. Raja, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone V, Pune City is present in the Court and he gave assurance that, necessary and appropriate action as contemplated under the Circular dated 12th February, 2024 will be adopted by the concerned Authority.
