INTERIM APPLICATION NO.2332 OF 2021 The interim application is for leave to amend the petition as per the schedule annexed to the interim application. Ms Chaudhari states that the meaning of expression recast mentioned in the schedule to the interim application means to replace.

Petition is yet to be admitted and we find no affidavit in reply opposing the petition has also been filed.

Therefore, keeping open the rights and contentions of respondents to file affidavit in reply, leave to amend as prayed for in the interim application is granted.
