The detenue - Pooja Shankar Mourya has been produced before us by her parents to whom the custody had been handed over by the police. We have recorded the statement of the detenue - Pooja in our chamber in the presence of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP. The detenue has stated that she wishes to reside with the petitioner. The detenue - Pooja, it appears, is below the age of 18 years and, therefore, the custody of the detenue has already been handed over to the petitioner by the police.

cri-wp-120-15 Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks to withdraw this petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
