2.Fa.(st).828.2020.doc deposit be transferred to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Thane. It is stated that Respondent No. 4-Original Claimant No. 4 has expired. Respondent No. 1 is the widow and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are two minor children of the deceased. Respondent No. 1 be paid 30% of the compensation with proportionate interest.

Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are minors. The amount payable to them to the extent of 35% each with proportionate interest be invested under Fixed Deposit in any nationalised bank till the time they attain the age of majority.
