The Petitioner has challenged the order of dismissal dated 15 March 2005. The petition is pending since 2007. It was dismissed for non-prosecution and restored in the year 2014. Thereafter, it was adjourned either at the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner or as the learned counsel for the Petitioner was absent. Today also, none appears for the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. 2.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
