In the backdrop of allegation in the F.I.R. resulting into registration of Crime No. 91 of 2018 registered with Dattwadi Police Station, Pune, the learned counsel for the applicant has deposited the Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- drawn in favour of 'Registrar High Court Appellate Side Bombay'. The said Demand Draft is taken on record with a direction to Court Sheristedar to forward the same to the Registrar High Court Appellate Side Bombay in the present case.

Investigating Officer is at liberty to collect the said amount from the Registrar High Court Appellate Side Bombay as the said amount can be shown to be seized from the accused-applicant in the present crime.

2 13.71.19 ba.doc In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, applicant deserves to be released on bail. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 91 of 2018 registered with Dattwadi Police Station, Pune on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(III) Applicant shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(IV) If the applicant found involved in similar type of offences henceforth, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail before this Court. Application stands disposed of.
