He states that, he has no objection to transfer Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1253/2019 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel. In view of the consent of the

"b. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the H.M.P. No.1253 of 2019 from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan to Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel."
