Heard. This is an application seeking modification of order dated 27th April, 2016 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27th April, 2016. One of the condition is that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been invited by the Indian community to Riyadh in

Yadav V.G. 2 918.appp.18.2017.odt. Soudi Arabia for an entertainment show to be held on Republic Day i.e. on 26th January, 2017. The applicant herein is a television artist. 3.

It is in these circumstances that an operative order dated 27th April, 2016 stands modified.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is allowed to travel to Riyadh (Soudi Arabia).

(iii) The condition is relaxed till 5th February, 2017. (iv) The applicant shall give itinerary to the police and also give the details of his travel to Riyadh. He shall appear before Valiv Police Station on 7th February, 2017. (v) The application is allowed in above terms and conditions and stands disposed of.
