In Crime No. 51 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicants are seeking regular bail. Both the Applicants, who are real brothers are chargesheeted pursuant to the arrest on 18th March 2018. 2.
The victim Nikhil Giri and the complainant Sumit Vinod Sakat has specifically implicated the Applicant in the crime in question. The injury certificate depicts that the victim and the complainant both have suffered simple injury. There is one criminal antecedent being Crime No.
2/2 Yadav 24.ba.72.2019 56 of 2016 punishable under section 324 of the Indian Penal Code in which the Applicants are already released.

In view thereof, a case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(A) Both the Applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 51 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.
(B) Both the Applicants shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses. (C) If both the Applicants are found involved in similar type of offence, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. (D) Till framing of charge both the Applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of the trial Court. 4.
