The petition seeks to challenge an order dated 18 November 2015. By the impugned order, the Respondents' application for setting aside 'NO WS Order' passed on 16 June 2014, for condonation of delay and for grant of permission to file a written statement, was allowed. In pursuance of this order, a written statement has already been filed on 1 December 2015 after depositing of costs. The reference is now posted for evidence.
