2 rpwst-814.18.docx It is well settled that subsequent pronouncement of law by higher Court is no ground for review. The decision of the Apex Court in the case of Pradeep Kumar Maskara and Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal and Ors.2 supports this proposition. Hence, there is no ground for review. The Review Petition is rejected.
