This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 on record with a prayer for condonation of delay of 5 years, 1 month and 6 days in filing the application. The respondents have no objection for granting the application.

Learned Advocate for the proposed respondent nos.(1.1) to (1.6) waives service of notice and undertakes to file vakalatnama on their behalf. 3.

amendment to the cause-title of Writ Petition No.2267 of 2019, to add legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1, whose names are listed in the causetitle of the application as respondent nos.(1.1) to (1.6), within a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) Vakalatnama on behalf of proposed respondent nos. (1.1) to (1.6) be filed within one week from today. (iii) Place Writ Petition No.2267 of 2019 for admission on th November 2022.
