Heard. Leave to withdraw the application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail in event the trial is not over by 30.6.2015. 2.

Trial Court is directed to commence and complete the Sessions Case No.238 of 2014 arising out of Crime No.30 of 2014 for the offence under sections 377, 354 (A), (I) of the IPC r/w section 34 a/w sections 4, 8, 12 and 16 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 as early as possible and in any event before 30.6.2015 saving just exceptions. In event of trial being not over within the said period liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail subject to himself cooperating for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered.
