The application was made by the applicant through jail on 28/12/2021 for bail. My attention is invited to the order dated 22/11/2021 whereby the applicant was released on bail by an order passed in Bail Application No.2491 of 2019. In this view of the matter, the present bail application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
