After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press this petition. He submits that the two documents i.e. the Gift Deed and the copies of the Consolidation Scheme mentioned in the order dated 15/07/2022 by the Appellate Judge be considered for its evidentiary value at the stage of argument of the Appeal, in accordance with law. 2.

The request is reasonable. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The effect and evidentiary value of the documents mentioned in the operative part of the order dated 15/07/2022 passed by learned District Judge-1, Gadhinglaj will be decided during the course of the Appeal, in accordance with law. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
