P.C.:- The learned APP at the outset makes a statement that as on today charge sheet is not filed in C.R. No.723 of 2015 registered at D. N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under sections 326, 324, 504 and 506 r/w 34 of the IPC. The statement is accepted.

Grievance of the Petitioner is that his representation dated 3.12.2015 is not being considered by the Senior Police Inspector, D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.

In the light of the above grievance, we deem it convenient Megha 1/2

Megha 15_wp_115_2016.doc to dispose of this Petition by directing Senior Police Inspector, D.N. Nagar Police Station to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 3.12.2015 and if necessary, record the statement of the Petitioner under section 161 of the Cr.P.C.. Ordered accordingly. 4.
