1) Heard. This is an application seeking transit bail. Applicant happens to be permanent resident of Mumbai. Applicant received a notice on 27/12/2016, Crime Branch, Delhi, informing him that F.I.R. is lodged on 14/12/2016, on the basis of which, crime no. 199 of 2016 is registered under section 188, 420, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant herein has been directed to present himself before Central Range, Crime Branch Dariyaganj. Applicant apprehends arrest while in transit. Applicant is willing to co-operate with the investigating agency in C.R. No. 199 of 2016 and has therefore, prayed for transit bail.

2 912.50.17 aba 2) Upon considering the notice issued by the crime branch, Dariyaganj, this Court is inclined to protect applicant for a period of 2 weeks i.e. till 25/01/2017. Without going into the merits of the matter, application for transit bail deserves to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, on or before 25/01/2017, applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall furnish his cellphone no, landline no, permanent address and other details to Nagpada Police Station. (iii) Application stands disposed of.
