Perused the Civil Application. For the reasons set out therein, delay in filing the Family Court Appeal is condoned. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent, however, submitted that the applicant, though mutually agreed, has not paid maintenance of Rs. 40,000/- per month since April 2019.
