Learned counsel at the outset, seeks leave to withdraw the application, as the trial of the applicant is being expedited. Considering the fact, that the applicant is foreign national, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.2, Sewri, Mumbai, is directed to expedite the trial of the present applicant. The trial shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within six months from today. The learned counsel for the Applicant has made a grievance that she has not received the complete copy of the charge-sheet. The learned A.P.P. to give the learned counsel for the Applicant, the complete copy of the charge-sheet, during the course of the day. 1/2
ba-84-15 Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.2 Sewree, Mumbai, by Fax, before whom the said case is pending i.e. C.C.No./1053/PW/2013. If for any reason the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the Applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. The application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
